Silicon Calcium Flux In Steel Making CaAl Briquette White Solid 3mm - 10mm
Introduction:
Calcium aluminate is an inorganic compound composed of high temperature sintered calcium oxide and alumina. It can be used in cement and fire extinguishing materials because of its high hardness and melting point. ITS calcium aluminate is divided into three categories: water treatment, steel detergent and high alumina cement.
Production method:
The methods of producing calcium aluminate include grinding bauxite and spherical calcium and introducing them into rotary furnace. After calcification at 1300 C, crushing packaging is calcium aluminate product.
The solubility of alumina in acidic solution can be higher than 90%.
Ingredient:
A white solid almost insoluble in water. Porous silicification is difficult. It is easy to absorb moisture without decomposition (combustion does not absorb moisture). Male oxides dissolved in inorganic acid and alkaline solutions are basically insoluble in water. Water and nonpolar organic solvents. Relative density (D204) 4, 0. Melting point is about 2000 C.
White or gray or granular. Humidity sensitive. Easy to absorb carbon dioxide and water in the air. Calcium hydroxide forms in water, generates a lot of heat, dissolves in acid, glycerol and sugar solutions, and is basically insoluble in ether. Relative density is 3.32-3.35.
