Introduction:

     In the steel production process, aluminium and silicon luminium oxide are strong deoxidators, but aluminium is expensive, has low density, low melting point and is easily oxidised.Most aluminium is burned on the surface of molten steel during use, and its utilisation rate is only 30. luminium iron is easy to reduce i n molten steel due to its high density and melting point, its utilisation rate can reach 70%.

     Silicone -aluminium iron alloy is a strong deoxidiser and a reducing agent for the production of other metals and alloys. It is also used for aluminum heat sensing, thermal insulation and explosives
