Calcium Silicon Alloy Introduction:

     The silicon-calcium alloy is an ideal composite flux and desulphurizer. Silicon alloy not only has strong deoxidation capacity and deoxidation products are easy to float and easy to unload, but they can also improve steel properties, improve plasticity, impact resistance and fluidity of steel . At present, the silicon-calcium alloy can replace aluminum for final deoxidation. It is applied on high quality steel.

Calcium Silicon  Used:

     1. It is widely used in the production of high quality steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel and other special alloys such as nickel based alloys and titanium based alloys;
     2. Used as a heating agent for the converter manufacturing workshop;
     3. It can also be used as an inoculant for cast iron and as an additive in the production of ductile iron.
