Barium Silicon Introduction:
 
     In steelmaking, silicon germanium has strong deoxidation capacity and desulfurization function. Tests have shown that one ton of silicon germanium alloy can replace 1.5 tons of ferrosilicon from a simple deoxidation effect. In terms of casting, silicon germanium is an excellent and efficient inoculant. Since the amount of Ba atoms is much larger than other deoxidizing elements Si, Al, and Ca, the density is large, and it is suitable for precipitation deoxidation and increases the yield of other elements. Silicon germanium alloy is mostly used in the production of special steel. It is an indispensable deoxidizer for pure steel metallurgy.
      At present, silicon-bismuth alloys are used as a simple deoxidizer in steel mills, and are multi-alloyed with bismuth, aluminum, calcium and elements.Therefore, in addition to the silicon-calcium alloy, other silicon calcium silicate, silicon aluminum lanthanum silicon aluminum strontium calcium and other alloys use silicon germanium as an additive, so the market the surface is wider than the other multi-alloys mentioned above, and the amount is large.
